Happy Halloween!

I love Halloween, but this just about marks the beginning of our trip around North America last year. (I want to do it again!) Anyway, Tyler was a ninja and Joe a skeleton. Too much candy...and none of it was even dark chocolate.

Summer = Fishing; Winter = Hockey

Basically, I think the rest of my life is FISHING and HOCKEY.

Joe is FOUR!

I am playing catch-up w/ the blog and editing the dates, but here is Joe when he turned 4. He celebrated his birthday in Michigan this past summer, once again at the House of Bounce w/ Cole Tasso (they share the same birthday -different year), and then we ate sushi on his REAL birthday! Where does all the time go?

Red Shirt Lake

This may be one of the last few fishing trips of the summer. Wayne took the boys to find pike at a spot where they had to hike 3 miles in AND 3 miles out. He said they were real troopers, but unfortunately NO luck.

The end of summer?

Well, life moves forward. Tyler's in Kindergarten at College Gate Elementary, Joe spends two mornings at the Anchorage Cooperative Preschool, and I finally have my own office--Hooray! Wayne's still at ANMC, but I don't have any exciting pictures of his first day at work which was about 6 months ago...

Happy Early Birthdays!

Because the family couldn't join Chase for his real birthday in Vermont, the boys got to celebrate everyone's birthday a little early in Grand Rapids.
